it's not what a girl wears that's the cause of her rape...t's a man and his lack of respect-According to Fla.Stat.794.011 –Also included in the following language. "When the offender administers an intoxicating substance that incapacitates the victim;etc."That said, the statute of limitations in Florida for 1st degree felonies (which is what this would be considered) is 4 years.You can talk to the District Attorney, but I seriously doubt, wihtout physical evidence, that they would pursue it.
Things that cause rape:"Sexual Battery carries the most severe penalties of all sexual offenses in Florida.A person convicted of sexual battery (rape) would be facing a maximum sentence of life in prison, depending on what disabilities the victim had, and a minimum sentence of nine (9) years in prison.Additionally, they would be declared a sexual offender and would be forced to comply with sexual offender registration laws throughout Florida and the United States."According to Fla.Stat. 794.011
